Essentially an outdoor fitness program that consists of body weight-based exercises, calisthenics, agility/obstacle-course work and running. In one hour what's the average amount of calories burned? Enlistees will train to an incredible weight reducing cardio workout, burning on average 600 to 800 calories per session.
