So, what exactly is a “Boot Camp?”

Derived from military training, Boot Camp offers an intensely focused cardio and performance based workout for an array of Enlistees. Essentially an outdoor fitness program that consists of body weight-based exercises, calisthenics, agility/obstacle-course work and running.

In one hour what's the average amount of calories burned?

Enlistees will train to an incredible weight reducing cardio workout, burning on average 600 to 800 calories per session. You'll also find strength gains and increased endurance as your body responds to your commitment, positively affecting all aspects of your life.

Can I schedule Boot Camp for my location?

Yes! One of the most attractive elements of boot camp programs is that in our warm climate we can run a successful program outside of gym settings.

How do I sign up and what fee's are associated?

  • Pre-register with payment
  • Single Class $20
  • 6 Weeks Advanced Training $144 ($12/Class)
  • Health questionnaire/release completed before 1 st session.
  • Classes are held rain or shine. Wear appropriate clothing.
  • Classes are non-refundable. We charge for no shows.
